I intend to pursue graduate studies abroad, and demand my class ask me how paying the price. One possibility is the private financing, but what does "sponsored by the organization mean? Are scholarships and financial aid?

This means that an organization such as your workplace, agreed to pay for their education. For example, some students from the Middle East studying in the United States are supported by their governments. This is not the same as "financial aid", as you know in the U.S.. This is truly a company or government agency in particular the sponsors of their studies.
Note that most U.S. aid is not for the stay abroad. There are certain loans issued by the United States, which can be used.
Inquire at the foreign school leavers know what, if any, will be offered financial support for international students, and how to apply.
You can think what they propose, or it could mean that the applicant is sponsored by an employer. If you already have scholarships or financial aid in a row, you must notify the school one way or another. Good luck.
